Hmm....you have to rework the rigging on the legs and hips. Try to rigg the middle-skirt to the hips-bones (maybe pelvis-bone) and the skirtparts on the legs to the tigh-bones. Additionally it seems, that the shield is only a plane. Maybe you could try to extrude this a little bit, now it looks like a paper-shield. At last it will be great, if you use a little bit more color, like on this picture:

Otherwise, the palaceguards look great.
Thanks for the advice Ea, i'll try that. However, i made the shield to be plane object because i dont know how to create new object and map the texture to it :)
