you definitely need to re-download the mod, delete the botb folder from your CoH and then re-install the mod
your download probably got corrupted
wot is 7th army
7th army is one of the axis doctrines (like in Vanilla its terror defensive and blitz, in botb its 7th army, 5th panzer army and 6th ss)

the panzerwerfer (rocket launcher) is in the 6th ss army doctrine
i'd like to say that you guys make war looks so beautiful with these different clips
theres a bug with the PanzerWerfer "Maultier" you can actually shoot infite amounts of rockets (not using the barrage button) by clicking on an enemy (he will keep barraging rockets untill he enemy is killed). Same thing with the "Wespe" , he will too do the same .. i hope you fix it :)
