Bannerpage tries to add where Native MBW is thin and aims to significantly improve areas in which game hasn't aged well. It creates more immersive experience for hardcore players, returners but also new, younger players. At the same time mod religiously protects game's core values - single player campaign balance and maintains Vanilla's scent. Bannerpage is a full conversion from Native back to Native. Overhauled graphics, distinctive/immersive factions, new animations, new well balanced items, new music, new sounds, new scenes, improved AI, neat UI, new game mechanics in areas that don't affect balance but significantly improve player's experience and many, many more. Mod gives player multiple new options in almost every situation and thus adds a lot to the game's depth. I am dedicating Bannerpage to my two sons as monument of their father's love. Greatest thanks goes to my wife for her patience, love and support during many hours spent in making this mod.
You can apply this update on top of either 1.001 or 1.201. Please check Update installation details in the description below.
Last save compatible update.
Based on your feedback, we have added little more HP to player and we have raised rewards too. Probably final tweak. There were people saying that their companion spawns without weapon. It happens when you predefine their weapon choices and then end-up in tournament not having those options available. Either you leave them on randomize all or you check tournament design each time and make sure that they have a corresponding weapon preference.
Save Compatible bugfix!
We have fixed that quickly but had problems with retaining save compatibility. Since Reformist - famous Warband YouTuber has started a BannerPage series we have persisted to find a save compatible solution. We did it! With this bugfix mod's game-play mechanics is fully functional .
Although explosives were exclusively available to player and not to AI there was an impression that some players wanted a nerf.
With version 1.301, you can apply BannerPage QUANTITY Plugin and run XXL battle sizes.
If you had enough and want 250-350 battles sizes but much better scenery, you can revert to BannerPage's default setting with this file:
