The main goal of this project is to obviously remake Banjo-Kazooie from scratch using the power of CryEngine 3. This is an ongoing project that I've started back in March, 2011. So, if anyone would like to help me out, please by all means send me a message.
So it's been about ten months since I've worked on the mod. Between then and now, I've made progress getting Banjo into CryEngine 3. On top of that, with PlayUp tools and sketchup in my arsenal, hard-surface modeling is a piece of cake. So apart from figuring out how to get the mesh and skeleton working in harmony in the engine, it would be easier getting art assets over to CryEngine 3 than Phoenix.
Sorry Overgrowth fans.

We're ready to take up this project if we have permission as well as support from CryENGINE 3 developers.

K if this actually makes it to the end. Either this will be amazing or look terrible. Also I find it somewhat ironic how games have low light engines, then they super upgrade. Like American Mcgee's Alice, super light low physics. Then we have Alice Madness Returns, pretty heavy. Does anypony elts know what Im talking about?
so I assume you're going to make the gameplay exactly the same? Kazooie will pop out of Banjo's back-pack and use her beak to attack and that sort of thing? If so... I will marry you
oh sweet iv'e got it this is amazing
Nothing? :(
