This mod uses the unofficial Patch 1.06 but you don't need to download 1.06, it is already included in the mod

Some main Features

- Reworked AI completely: Easy, Normal and Hard army are changed

- AI will use nearly every ability or unit in the game

- AI tries to build much more drop zones, black markets etc. so it even will be a challenge in late game

- Reworked waypoints on all maps, so the AI tries to be more sneaky now

- New sounds: Added some new sounds and changed how some sound are being played

- Many balance changes. For example Aurora bomber is weaker and tank general can use a non-upgraded infernal cannon

- Fixed many crashes and mismatches original Zero Hour had (Not all unfortunately)

Many thanks to AGX750 for his .ini code which I used for the new reinforcement pad vehicles.

Installation:
1. Move all .big files to the root folder of your Command & Conquer: Zero Hour (Example: "D:\Origin\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour").
2. Delete the "Scripts" folder located in "Generals Zero Hour\Data".


Unfortunately this version doesn't feature a changelog. The highlights of this update are:

- Fixed a lot mistakes in .ini files which should help with stability

- New, exclusive vehicles for reinforcement pads (Credits for vehicles to AGX750)

- New strategies for AI and general improvements

- Many new maps compatible with this mod (Please keep in mind that the unofficial maps won't work 100% with the AI as many waypoints are missing)

I did found a mismatch caused by the AI and fixed it. However not all mismatches are caused by the AI so sometimes they will just appear out of nowhere.
I have the feeling mismatches are also related to some maps as I get nearly no mismatches on some maps even though the AI has like 300 units.

I haven't tried this out yet.

Some balance tweaks of the original game were kinda game breaking OP and I wanted to know if they were addressed?

The flashbang grenades are rediculous. 1 single basic infantry can clear an entire structure with one single non lethal grenade? Also using infantry vs usa rangers was not an option

The pathfinder should be the commando, so fast it can shoot when it is elite. Using infantry vs USA enemies was almost useless. On top of that, infantry should have some kind of stealth detection for short range.

The scorpion rocket was also way to overpowered, the splash range is so incredible it can damage 3 tanks at once. Again vs infantry it was incredibly overpowered.

The toxin shells also made using infantry kinda useless and not funny any more. The toxic effect should be less and shorter lasting.

Is this all addressed?

I don't remember every single balance change but since this mod uses patch 1.06 it has for example changes for the pathfinder and I also think some for the scorpion rockets.
The others are noted and I see if I do some changes to the stuff you mentioned.
