I am starting to like this vehicle,Gizmotron, and I hope that this would be in certain Single-Player campaigns and even WW2 Mode! I also hope that the players who will play this mod would be able to give it orders (if at all). However, if I may, I have just two questions for you. Would the Schwerer Gustav railway gun and the Krupp K5(E) railway gun (infamously known as "Anzio Annie") be put into this mod? Also, would there eventually be armored trains in this mod? I wish to know. Thank you for your time.

the K5 is still in the game (a picture of it is buried somewhere in the many pictures posted here).

we've added the German variation of the flat-car with a Tiger tank turret on it.

I'm looking into the Paner 38t flat-car and the 7TP flat-car being able to spawn a pair of single tank-unit regiments that react to enemies getting near.

so we have certain things that will function like armored trains... but the actual armored train units, themselves, probably won't show up.

our armored train substitutes would be something to use as the basis for Partisan missions in Eastern Europe. (aka the Partisans would need to destroy them in order for an important mission objective to be achieved).

I can see that you added what could be the Schwerer Gustav, but I do not think that I have seen a picture of the K5(E) railway gun. My apologies if I am speaking out of line, but I felt that I needed to get it off my chest. Thank you for your time.

you're not out of line. there's a lot of pictures posted here! I don't expect people to remember everything. however, we did integrate that unit into the mod about two years ago. here's a link.

I don't remember how much it costs... but it's expensive. for the amount of money it takes to buy one you'd be better off spending that money on an airfield or two.

there is ONE advantage, though. if your enemy doesn't spot the thing and kill it with a special op first, there's really nothing he can do to prevent it from inflicting massive damage. you can't intercept projectiles in the same way that you can intercept bombers. no amount of fighters will catch that projectile.

Description

theharkonnen sent me a new model for the Karl Gerat, which I had buried inside of the mod for several years. now that we've got a better model I'm putting it back as on the recruitment tables. I'm reducing the attack values and changing the rate of fire to keep it from being too over-powered.
