You can speed up the animation by going to Texture Mode, Anim, select Animation (click on the wall with the animated spinning light texture), Sequence, Change Properties, then a new window will open up where you can type in fr/sec or how many frames there are per sec. The default leaves it blank, which I believe is 1 and 1. Change it to 10 and 1 to see what happens. Good job, though. Once that's sped up and you place a light object right in the middle it'll look pretty sweet.
