It already is, but you must be very close to the explosion.

I know the focus is on the special effects, but I really, really like that shotgun.
The shotgun is from hl2: ep2
but im not sure it had such an epic shine to it on hl2: ep2
No it didn't, and the adjusted FOV makes it look even better.
