Astral Pathfinder is an EDGE exclusive partial conversion of Doom II, utilizing amazing weapon sprites in Quake-Style with credit and thanks to chronoteeth, and levels created by ELM YIN(runsaber). Although not a collaborative project, the author of the levels was inspired to turn a demo into a one-man megaWAD from the sprite- editors creations. Beginning in 2015, and completed in 2016, this is the final standard release of Episode One. ***WHATS NEW*** *************** Three levels packed with several minutes of exploring, secret-hunting and of course, hellish spawn from several dimensions, including three boss fights for the player to contend against. For best experience, turn off Shadows, and bind a jump key. There is a question mark where a weapon should be. I am running 3DGE version 2.10 test 3. Whats wrong?
It may have to do with the recent version of 3DGE. Try using 2.1 Test 2, an update for Test 3-4 will be released shortly!
How do you even load this? What's an EPK?
Hi there,
EPK is just an archived format that is exclusive to 3DGE.
To load this mod, simply download the archive, extract the mod and drag it onto your 3DGE executable. There you go! This works with the latest version of 3DGE only (2.1). Extra Blood is recommended to be turned off. Cheers!
