One-man mod. Planed to have over 40 playable factions. Going for realism with units ragin' from as early as late world war 2 to near future units. Mod will be release in the near future, as i plan to release early betas instead of holding on to something that never get released anyway.
Bradleys and Sheridans ingame. Nothing fancy, just showing small progress, more will come later today or tomorrow.
WOW !
yes but the wheels of the sheridans?
Sheridans wheels and bradley wheels will be ingame by the next upload (release), i rushed this so you can test the units.
the sheridans no have wheels man! have caterpillar That are not seen well by the shielding
And OutCastOne says :

are you drank? read again!=))
just as I thought. the textures wont fit into the game without shading :/
Think the shading is bad.. i might look into it abit. don't want to be a disapointment..
I suggest you download some other mods for ZH and look into their texture files and look how they've done it. (for best results learn from Cold War Crisis mod - I learned a lot just by looking at the texture files)
I know how to texture, but as you can see i spit out models alot faster then most, i cant spend hours with a model because then id be stuck with releases once a year, textures will be redone about the same time as when i fix the diffrent textures for snow / woodland variants.
sure just wanted to help. you can never learn enough even if you know how to texture ;)
Apply a second texture path with the multiply effect can made the tank looking better, but you need to made a modified texture (original texture + bump map effect + black and white)
Can generals supprt bump map? never knew that.
No, not a real bump map... In a bump-map, the effects move when the light exposition change. In general, it will just make the model looking les smooth and a bit darker (here, it mean realistic).
The problems is that it will -perhaps- look "strange" in C&C general's environment.
If you think so, option are :
-make the "bump-map" texture smoothest and/ore more bright
-apply this tuto :
Moddb.com
(thanks sgtmyers88)
Sorry, I've forgot an option :
-make the "bump-map" texture smoothest and/ore more bright and/or transparency.
-apply this tuto :
Moddb.com
(thanks sgtmyers88)
i cant see any problem specialy for first release
