United States figured that they needed something to counter the Topol-M. Long story short, they put a missile tube with a MIRV type Nuclear missile on a HEMTT variant truck.

This vehicle is a semi-fictional vehicle. All tho' the truck and the missile type exist in real life, this particular setup and variant does not. I ask for the community to vote by writing a comment, tell me if you want to see this ingame or not. Your vote count!
Also please do tell if you like the design or not, as i am open for suggestions. If the community votes NO for this unit, i will release a fully real life setup of a nuclear capable unit, be adviced tho, that i will not show this unit until it's released ingame.

I think you realy have to put it on russia or china faction . USA does'nt use mobile nuck luncher units , they use underground or sea bunkers/submarines /airborn nuck bombs or missiles

Also @Araz, You rather want that the US Drops nukes from bombers instead.. Cause compared to the Topol-M System the US would kick serious *** with bombers capable of droping nukes.
Yeah, Lances were decommissioned in 1992 by the United States, still in use by Israel though.
If you're going for strict compliancy with current armed forces, don't put it in. The U.S. has reasonable alternatives (airdropped nuclear devices?). It does look cool though, if a little similar to the Topol-M.

The US does (or did) have a similar device, the BGM 109 TacTom launcher. Basically its a ground launched Tomohawk cruise missile designed to deliver a W84 warhead. It was actually developed (along with the Pershing 2 missile) to counter Russian IRBMs like the SS-20. They were retired in the 80s due to the nuke treaties, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a stretch to add them in the game. The TEL it mounts on is very simple, and is pulled by almost that exact same truck (or close enough).
If you want I can give you pics, or just search "BGM 109G" on Google and you will see what I'm talking about. Sure its retired, but better to use a system that actually exists than one which never did.

However me and a friend talked abit yesterday and figured out a diffrent way to deliver nukes. I might implement them both, let the community choose, or just make some countries have more then one way to launch a nuke.

I'm talking about usa todays strategy. today they dont use mobile lunchers . you can use bunkers like ICBM in other C&C zero hour mod . this luncher you made is 100% russian/china.
think about it russian's mobility vs USA bunker's (structures health) . it would be more realestic.
Yeah, maybe. but then again the main plane would be to not have heavy structures buildable, nations will use tent or mobile head quarters as bases, no more concrete buildings like in vanilla generals.

if it is a problem to make USA nukes stationary, then put it in. But I think when you want to have your mod real, only russia and china should have mobile launchers

No offence but since you asked, I personally want only real units in game so I would not accually want to see this in game (Please don't negativly karma me, I'm just stating my opinion)
