One-man mod. Planed to have over 40 playable factions. Going for realism with units ragin' from as early as late world war 2 to near future units. Mod will be release in the near future, as i plan to release early betas instead of holding on to something that never get released anyway.

Why not do what CWC did and give them unit Icons. Would keep the units looking a bit more realistic.

Description

The left one is the remastered one, i heared people complain so i optimised it and damn near perfected it and god himself smiled apon it.

I dare people to find anything wrong with the mirror if we disregard some detail on the turret and rear-view mirror. The model is as close to real-life as i possible could get it.

The current LAV-25 (Right one) is clocked in at 1469 polies. The remastered one is clocked in at *drumroll* 1338 polies, that is an improvement of 131 polies. Other news is that i'm gonna test to boost the texture up to 1024x1024 which means dubble the detail. I will compensate the lag this might create by making the texture in .dds format rather than the big-ass Targa files i've been using. If this works out correctly i will start porting the older units to DDS, this might take a while but don't worry, i wont do it right away but progressively inbetween updates.

Edit: Sadly, RenX Dosen't support DDS. So i'll have to figure something else out.
