A tip is making the templars faction bigger and assassins smaller... Like I doubt the assassins had Jerusalem? Templars ''capital'' city? I'd say at the start the assassins should be starting with Masyaf+village and some place more only or somthing :P then you can higher then recruiting numbers and so on :)
