What is Ashures Memorial?
In fact Ashures Memorial is a Total Conversion (TC) of Oblivion. It will be a Story Mod, You could call it as an Cinematic Action Jump'n'Run Game. Rollplaying will there, but its not the main topic of the Mod.
It will be very Linear, Quests will start and end with movies.
The Mod will released in 6 Chapters. You are the General of the Curch, and you have to go out.... and come back to destroy the Kingdom of false God to become the King of the Stars.

Will there be a complete new world in this mod? :)
Yes there are some problems with Linear RPGs but, big games like Diablo 2, Fable and such are still being massively played. So i have some hopes for this mod. I hope it turns out to be good.
This is also with the Oblivion Engine and that right there is already a plus.
So i delete again some Comments - sry for this. The Fact is - this Mod has nothing to do with a mod called Adventure Middle Earth. The People of this Mod just have to create there own Modentry, and not to use this one.
Every other Comment about Adventure Middle Earth will be deleted, too. Down you could find the URL of the Mod. Look on theres website...

I think, the Idea for Modding is to create something new, to change thinks and not to make something everyone does...
Ahh, so you're taking Oblivion, stripping out all the best bits of the game (ie freeform RPGness) and turning it into a linear non-elderscrolls adventure? And you expect people to be interested why?
