Reworked model of spearmen
If I can give you some advice - consider changing the color of the boots and gloves to something that looks less like a skin tone.

I think the face could use tweaking, looks a bit like a pig's at the moment.

You people are harsh. I think it looks great
Overall the model looks decent, but the texture on the chestplate looks like it is contracting in rather than bulging out. The plates under the belt could use a bit of adjustments in order to have it look like the plates are going in front of the one behind them rather than looking like independent separate plates.
A more faithful weta based look would be appreciated.
Regardless, the textures are of good quality and I commend you for your progress on your project.
