Reviews - Ashes 2063 mod for Doom II

As many people said before and i can just repeat that: One of the best games I played in the last years. Truely impressive work in every aspect, does not stay behind Fallout, Stalker and other great Milestones of Gaming. I hope Ashes 2063 will make it to Steam one day (I will buy it, to support the devs) and there will be more Content in the Future. Thank you guys so much!!!

Love the music and gameplay

A very unique total conversion mod with RPG elements. Reminds me of games like Stalker, Fallout and Metro. The second episode their maps are huge !!! I was easily get lost all of the time.
Funny dialogues, extra optional quest etc. In simple words:
IS WORTH IT.

The first installment is extremely creative and quite good. Not perfect and has some hiccups in balance on Survival mode (final boss looks so cool but is so easy and necessary to exploit) but I think 2063 remains one of the best Doom WAD TCs anyway.

The second installment becomes a phenomenal game all itself. In fact I would say its fair to call the first installment just a really good demo / tutorial for what Afterglow offers.

Frankly Afterglow is BETTER than plenty of full staffed FPS standalone games I've played and is among the upper tiers of Retro "Boomer" Shooters.

If you want a very fun Apocalypse FPS with some well thought out design and some extremely impressive style don't hesitate to PLAY IT!

Excellent total conversion. Filled to the brim with details that convey the setting of post-apocalyptic world. While sources of inspiration are obvious, Ashes TC is very much its own thing. Must play.

Brilliant action, brilliant atmosphere. I'm just so happy to have played this adrenaline rush.

This should totally be on Steam costing 5 bucks. The fact that it's free just makes it all the more obligatory that you play this if you consider yourself a fan of FPS action.
