Soon after conflict escalation General Fai encountered several GLA attacks with heavy use of stolen US weaponry. Analyzing these cases, he requested his R&D divisions to provide new effective means of protect his men and transports against growing threats of air and missile strikes. Their advances in electromagnetic countermeasures produced a brand-new weapon. Named after the legendary bow of Yellow Emperor, the Uhao is the first ECM-based anti-air defense vehicle. Two powerful coils and specially shaped focusing dish enables it to easily fry any electronic device in closing airplane or missile with a single electromagnetic pule effectively turning it into falling junk.
The main drawback is recharge time of capacitors. Also, since vehicle's generators are fully devoted to power up it's capacitors, Uhao does not provide area defense against incoming small missiles.

excellent work！！pardon me if Im wrong but I recall that the yellow emperor wielded not a bow called “Uhao”（it doesnt sound like Chinese）but a sword called “the sword of XuanYuan”（in many video games or tv shows, and actually his weapon was never named in the myth ). you can name this bad boy the “HouYi” if you like, a legendary bowman who shot down 9 suns and erased many badass monsters from earth
Yeah, I saw this legend while looking through Chinese mythology on wiki. Well, I decided to reserve HouYi for another 3rank anti-air unit. Concerning the name Uhao (however, google suggests "Wū hào"), I found it in russian wiki as a minor detail in legend of Yellow Emperor. It translates as "dark cry", sounds nice for a weapon that is this deadly.
