These are new pics for the mod
aaagh... mmh no really you need to enhance those textures because the look really poor, maybe you could try to get someones from the google images search engine ;)
The textures aren't the biggest problem, it's the lack of detail in the map. It's basically a box with almost nothing in it. Add details to the ceiling (start by making it a different texture to the walls) and add things to the walls.
Also, I think the black borders around the walls indicate a leak, not sure though.
