Description
Monoliths are obscure blocks of stones found throughout the Dreamsleeve. Bestowing great strength to those who summon them, they are said to also plague summoners with curses. Whatever strength is imbued within these stones, it is not to be trusted lightly.
Looks like this is sort of an alternate Standing Stone sort of thing in the Dreamsleeve, or the nordic ruin pillars to match symbols.
Kinda reminds me of a few of the birthsigns like the Atronach, bunch of magicka, but no regeneration.
