An unique feature for Balkan civs, Crops will work differently from Mills: They'll be finite and have a much more negligible cost. First a base should be built and then over it the Crops themselves, who are a variety of different vegetables traditionally planted on the Balkans, each one of them has a different cost/benefit ratio, some growing faster, some being cheaper, some lasting longer.
