Description
Powerful and frighteningly intelligent, the Australovenator is the largest terrestrial predator native to the Australis Sector. The Australovenator is unique among FMM UV-32's large theropods in that it possesses a set of opposable thumbs. DinoHunt Corp. survey drones have observed Australovenator using these thumbs to hold prey in place while it uses its jaws to tear the prey animal apart. Australovenator's diet encompasses virtually all animals living within its native range save for some of the larger sauropods, but it typically steers clear of smaller animals such as humans unless provoked.
