I don't quite see the point in this. Another Fate already had an English translation (I know, I've spent nearly 8 hours of my life playing the mod), and this file contains the EXACT SAME TRANSLATION.
For those wondering, the translation is made using Google Translate, and as such isn't very good. Given my thoughts on the story though, I don't think you'll be missing out on much.
Additionally, the new font used in the mod makes the text surprisingly difficult to read, which is a pain because you're going to have to REALLY concentrate to understand the mangled text.
From my experience, the text is pretty useless in figuring out what to do to advance in the gameplay, so you'll mostly relay on wandering around anyways...
