The Anno Domini Series totally overhaul the Attila Total War Campaigns in order to tell the story of Europe during the Dark Ages. Our first modification in the series is Anno Domini: 1051 and will totally overhaul the Age of Charlemagne DLC for Attila to make it a real 11th century TW experience. This overhaul will include all custom models and textures for units, new campaign settlements with real 11th century fortifications, overhauled battle and campaign balance and new gameplay mechanics. After that we have planned projects for the Anno Domini: 1096 (First Crusade), Anno Domini: 768 (Charlemagne), Anno Domini: 885 (Viking Age) and Anno Domini: 481 (Clovis).
The Anno Domini team would like to announce the upcoming release of our new total historical overhaul Anno Domini: 768.
This Total War: Attila modification will change many aspects of the vanilla game to be historically accurate. The idea is make it as historically immersive as we can in terms of visuals and gameplay. This includes everything from custom unit models to custom buildings to the updated battle and campaign mechanics. You will be able to fully immerse yourself into a true 8th century experience.
This is the first of many posts about our work on this mod about new unit assets and the newly overhauled Age of Charlemagne campaign so stay tuned for work in progress pics coming in.
