Main features:
• All units movement mechanics redone (makes virtually X2 map size)
• Most units ranges redone to fit arch and other range improvements
• Most units charactiristics redone to adjust game pace and expand tactical aspect (more difference between units)
• Defencive buildings rebalanced to fit unit changes
• Light economical rebalance (less income, more expences)
• Harder & Smarter AI adapted to the mod's changes
• Harder quests requiring preparation and implication
Note:
In many aspects combat may seem slower, this serves the purpose of giving the player time to react to various AI or other player movement and give him time to manage his productions while at war.
Some units damage may seem incredibly low(or high) to you, but in fact their DPS has been buffed(or nerfed).
Keep in mind that those low damage units with A.R.R.C. economics and W.A.R.R.C. rebalance may be produced in great numbers. AI does use units in great numbers.
This mod can be concidered as a prototype in fact, done to see how things work and if there is any sense in going further.

• Backup maindata folder if needed
• Extract what's in W.A.R.R.C. I in Anno 2070/maindata/ overwrite existing files

Warfare Dynamics (W.A.R.R.C.) это
мод меняющий баланс мода Anno 2170 A.R.R.C. (2.11) с целью обогатить боевую систему игры, тем самым повышая уровень сложности заданий и дополняя тактическую составляющую.
В каком-то смысле, появился какой-то реализм, чисто побочный эффект.
Основные изменения:
• Динамические характеристики всех боевых единиц переделаны (карта стала виртуально больше х2)
• Дальнобойность большинства боевых единиц изменена (уменьшение в основном)
• ТТХ большинства боевых единиц изменены (больше различий между техникой)
• ТТХ и дальность турелей изменена (в соответствии с другими изменениями)
• Слегка переделана экономика (доход с населения урезан в 2раза, верфи дороже в эксплуатации...)
• Брутальный и более хитрый ИИ (по сравнению с обычным АРРС и Анно)
• Сложные задания - изменения ТТХ техники основная тому причина. Требуют внимания, иногда подготовки(гонки)
Тексты не затронуты, должно работать на всех языках, на которых работает обычные АРРС.
Установка: Несмотря на англо-немецкий сайт Анно 2170, мод поддерживает русский язык.
Мод работает только на Anno 2070(последняя версия) + A.R.R.C. 2.11

• Устанавливаем Anno 2170 A.R.R.C. 2.11
• Копируем, для безопасности, папку maindata куда угодно (она живёт внутри папки Анно 2070)
• Содержимое архива W.A.R.R.C. I пихаем в Anno 2070/maindata/ заменяем существующие файлы
• Профит
Если что-то пошло не так - стираем папку maindata внутри самого Анно 2070 - берём скопированную куда угодно папку maindata и пихаем в папку Анно 2070 обрано (убираем лишний текст из её названия)
Планируется ПвП тестирование и много, много балансировки.

c'est un mod qui mod Anno 2170 A.R.R.C. dans le but d'approfondir l'aspect combat tout en améliorant les quetes et l'aspect tactique en general. On peut dire que ce submod ajoute du réalisme, ce qui n'est qu'un effet secondaire.
En gros:
• Toutes characteristiques de mouvement des unités ont été refaites (virtuellement taille de la carte x2)
• Distance de tir de la majorité des unités refaite (plutot vers la réduction)
• Characteristiques techniques de la majorité des unités refaites (plus de difference entre les unités)
• Charcteristiques des systemes de défence refaites
• Economie legerement remaniée (Deux fois moins d'impots, entretien chantier naval plus chere)
• IA plus brutale et plus intelligente (comportement adapté aux autres changements)
• Les quetes plus dures, surtout a cause du mouvement refait, requiert plus d'attention et parfois de la preparation (comme pour les courses)
Installation: A.R.R.C. a été traduit de l'Allemand en Englais et Russe. Ce qui est deja pas mal, mais pas Français...
Le mod tourne uniquelent sur Anno 2070(derniere version uplaymachin) + A.R.R.C. 2.11

• Ouvrir le dossier ou est installé Anno 2070, copier le dossier "maindata" ou bon vous semble
• Extraire le contenu de l'archive W.A.R.R.C. I dans Anno 2070/maindata/ tout remplacer au passage
• Pouf, ça fait des chokapik
Bon, bah c'est bon. Si vous avez des problemes quelconques ou que vous voulez revenir a Anno 2170 A.R.R.C. - vous supprimez le dossier "maindata" qui habite dans Anno 2070 et vous metez a sa place le dossier "maindata" que vous avew gentillement copié quelque part sur votre PC au cas ou un truc aille mal.

The main changes are oriented in two directions and one purpose - better multiplayer experience:
- Build time reduction, or research time reduction for technologies, speeds up multiplayer
Multiplayer sessions tend to last 4-6 hours. Research time of 40 minuts or build time of 30 minuts are purely impossible to stand for a human that has to go work tomorow =)
- Upkeep(running costs) increase makes spamming various unit production/research buildings harder, as a much stronger economy is required than pre-patch. Specially concerns energy.
• Upkeep rework for most units (Upkeep difference between cargo/war ships made bigger/other aspects)
• All units build time reajusted (better multiplayer/general balance)
• Research time reduced by 2 or 3 times for all available researches (better multuplayer)
• Research running buildings costs greatly increased (balancing research time reduction)
• Aircraft refueling time decreased (better multiplayer/aircraft carriers efficiency)
• Bombardment ability rebalanced (damage decreased, AOE increased)
• Aircraft rebalanced (HP decreased, lowered upkeep, Takeoverplane rebalanced + animation changed)
• Aircraft carriers carried amount of kerosene increased
• Airport economical balance redone
• Droneport economical balance redone
• Trade Airport economical balance redone
• Nuclear submarine missile damage increased (near x2), AOE increased
• Nuclear land based missile AOE increased
• Minor price rework for several units
• Transport capacity of smaller warships reduced
• Rebalance of the 3 Tycoon container ships (more difference between them)
• Coal energy polution increased greatly
• Fishery energy usage 1>2
• Medium warships damage adjusted to increase specialization
• Static defences upkeep reduced
• Other even more minor changes
- Shark AA/ship damage increase
- Hover manoeuvrability AA damage increase + price tweak
- Colossus +100 durability
- Bomber attack animation tweak
- Flight Height reduction for Bomber + Hawk(Takeover_plane)
- Erebos nuclear submarine bugfix
- Aircraft Carriers (Eco+Bigone) repair rate and range tweaks

is there any way to improve computer players make them harder and allow them to be smarter and better at war also if any hope to use the ark online future in offline mod ? i hope so
This mod is unplayable. I like the idea to slow down the ships and battles but why you should do that with transport ships. My starting transport submarine-trimaran is extremely slow and I can't even complete a single Devi's or Rufus Thorne's quest because I have to wait so long to reach their and the quest coordinates. And my neighbor opponents advance two times faster than me.
This mod is incridible.. I love to play anno 2070 while using thos mod :) and here is my suggestion for future development
- Provides or expand the slot for all air units (eg. Firebird has at least 3 slot)
- Provide or expand slot for all aircraft carrier (eg. Deimos, Atlas) with 2 slot expansion.
- Repair the error from Anno 2070 to enable airplane repairment on Tori Bartock sites (especially for hijacking unit).
- Enable self defense for both Orebos and Orca at least can attack on ships

Quest name, opponent vehicle name would allow easy fixing.
Didn't get into speed problems myself.
And submarines are in general supposed to be slower than ships, transport or not.
Another part of the idea around racing quests was to almost force the player to use upgraded for racing dedicated vehicles for these racing quests.
But as long as i didn't play much - never finished calibrating opponents' speed.
More detailed reports are welcome, except some quests you can't do - what makes it unplayable to you?
PS: When you scale down the speed of everything you allow tonns of things to happen:
- "Bigger" map
- More time for player to react/manoeuver to enemy fleet movement = more strategy/tactic
- More speed difference between vehicles (sub-ship-air) = more strategic/tactical depth
- More complex/varied transport lines
- etc.
