This shouldn't require either expansion, so players with just Morrowind should be able to enjoy it. Adds an empty house to a sandy island near the Mzahnch ruin, just south of Suran. Adds two-way boat travel by way of a boat-shaped door. NOM water source in form of waterfall on island. Respawning food cupboard. Fishing minigame. (It's just a little house mod. That's all.) Please note that this version (3.0) is not compatible with Suran Extended, as version 2.0 is included in that mod ergo it will conflict. The fishing game was inspired by the one from DJN's Lake Home. I acquired his permission for the use of the script around the time the first version of this house was made, back in early 2005.
