-Great level constructing and detailing -No cheap scares -Scary atmosphere -Different puzzles to solve
So, as some of you might be aware of, the demo of Conquest of Life is knocking on the door. There is still quite a bit to work on though.
So far, I have seven levels. Few of them are only missing a touch, and there are few I still need to work on. The point of this artcile is however, the following:
I tried to decide what levels I will include in the demo. I however wasn't able to decide it. I then decided that maybe you, the people who follow Conquest of Life, could decide. (You don't have to follow the mod, even if this is your first time visiting this page I'll still count every opinion.) I think this is a nice way to let me know what you want from the demo. I have three options, and perks of all of them listed down.
Would you rather want:
a) Short demo- with the maps Intro, Mansion, Basement and Old Archives? (shortest time to develop, but smallest amount of gameplay)
b) Longer demo- with the maps Intro, Mansion, Library, Basement and Old Archives? (a bit longer time to develop, but more gameplay)
c) The whole Chapter 1 with all seven maps? (Intro, Mansion, Bedrooms, Library, Basement, Electric Center, and Old Archives, longest time to develop but has the most material to offer. Obviously a HUGE spoiler, but anyways :-) )

I know there was a problem with the exit door opening and triggering the ending too soon, but now it seems like I've run into the OPPOSITE problem. I've done everything and got the knife, and now I'm at the exit door, but it won't open.
Edit: Also, there's a glitch that I've seen several times recently. The wall with the hidden compartment is moved out from the rest of the wall. The compartment itself is inaccessible and the key is lying on the floor BEHIND the wall. It's still possible to get to, though.
Second Edit: Okay, I see from the comments on the video by the Youtuber "Baegles" that you already know about the glitched wall. I also bought my copy of the game through Steam.
Well, those things are relatively odd to say the least. When we take look at the videos of i.e amnesiaPUZZLES, you can see that the wall is connected like it should. Usually these things have some sort of an explanation, but why the glitch occurres- no clue whatsoever. :/
About the exiting thing- I'm aware of the bug which lets the player to finish the mod midway through. That's probably caused by a scripting mistake, which I will (atleast hopefully) fix in the remaster.
In short, I have no idea why that happens.

The cellar is the same as in Amnesia: Orion, another Custom Story that you made... And I just finished that custom story.... You better have removed that Brute.

someone reviewed that there is no story but in mod page reads no story, what to execpt lol
Well, not a bad point actually. I've gotten a few reviews and a negative being "no story" ^^. It's like going to play a mod which reads "not supposed to be scary" and I write as a negative that it isn't scary. What to except, yeah. On the other hand I don't mind though. Just wished people would read the descriptions etc. first to catch things like these
