They had the "too" correct. It would be, "We have opened a forum now, too."
True but there are cases when either is appropriated, granted they have different contextual meanings.

Right now, we will be restricting media releases, we want to make sure that the first chapter is done (as in choreography, voice acting and models are all polished), once that's been done. There will be media releases of the first chapter.
