I think you should add extra dynamic light to the scope. So you can see a reflective view of the surroundings :)

i want to know if its possible to do a limit of zoom magnification at the glasses? i know that motor engin can't allow to push modding beyond the limits.

Not possible with BF2's current engine. Only a few developers managed to make that kind of scoping system. Tripwire Interactive (Red Orchestra) and the developers of Insurgency Mod so far I can think of.
Insurgency mod's version is better than Red Orchestra's imo.
