- Are there going to be a L85 variants aswell? (I'd like to have one with an ACOG sight instead of the SUSAT) -
Not as for now maybe at a later time, we already have a list what weapons will be in the next release which wont change as for now, so dont expect a l85 in the next time
will they have the sniper shader as well? (ACOG variants)

If you refer to the missing charging handle in the xfire video that was a bug which is fixed now, take in account that all xfire videos are work in progress, nothing i upload there is final!
Jones the m16a4's are very nice, but the one thing that really bugs me is the iron sights lock down knobs are on the wrong side. They are supposed to be on the left side when looking down the rifle, if you don't believe me look it up. I was issued one when I was in the Marines so that might be why it bugs me.

Perhaps make sure the ACOG is further back. I've never seen or used an ACOG that far forward. Due to eye relief.
