This mod, formally named Violet Alliance, enhances the original game by unlocking, changing, and adding. Enjoy. :^)
I do not like to give a low ratings, knowing how much love and effort has been put in it, but the sizes of the ships in space battles are out of proportion, too big for the small maps. As well, it is missing some new units compared to other mods.
I like that more factions can be chosen compared to FOC, some new units are available too.
The AI is better than the FOC, using as well bigger ships, but it still was not attractive playing, too much scrolling and it was difficult to have an overview of space battles.

Decent mod, smooth play, love the new units, but hate the ship rescaling and the zoomed in map. Not the best out there, but has potential.
