Ages Of the Federation is a new series of total conversions to Sins Of A Solar Empire: Rebellion starting with "The Four Years War". The first mod in the series takes place between the Enterprise and Original series eras, focusing on the conflict between the early Federation and Klingon Empire. A Resurgent Romulan Star Empire, angry and still licking its wounds after its defeat to the federations waits in the shadows, ready to take advantage of a misstep by either the warring powers.

Yeah, I never liked the constitution at all. So I was all for it in the rebooted versions of late, except for JJ's size. Discoveries science and spore drive and rotating saucer sucked, but the rest, windows on the bridge especially, I really digged. It always seemed a little weird to me that their wouldn't be windows on the bridge of an exploratory vessel, I mean, what's more exploratory than seeing with your own eyes, otherwise you might as well send drones out and watch from earth.

again I agree the size of the ship was off but it looked nice on the whole aulthough I would have made the warp nacells a little smaller on the outside I mean they made a easy target for enemy fire.

I loved the finale but it had its flaws. I loved seeing the connie in battle, but how big is it shuttlebay? It cant have enough room for all those shuttles!! And since when did the fed use figther pods(apart from ds9)??? My only big wish was when the enterprise was getting repaired is that they gave her straight pylons instead of the angled ones to bring it inline with TOS as the shows producers said that the look and feel of the show would be in line with TOS by the end of S2. But other than that i did enjoy it.

Yeah, the sheet number of shuttle craft, 200, did Gorgeiou, say, was a little rediculous for non-military glass with minor Janet bays, and those interior turbojet rails... They don't need to show those again either. As far as the Connie pylons, except for the slits/gaps in them, I like them. She's a real beaut.

They should get some of us to help with stiff like size and shuttle capacities and such, they obviously don't have a clue.

Ship's Log: USS Constitution: Admiral William Jefferies commanding:

We've responded to a distress call from Starbase 18, nicknamed Adamantine by its crew. Commander Ballard reported sightings of a Klingon raiding party in his sector. At the time he wasn't worried about it, but in his words "should have kept my mouth shut."

Of the 10 warp signatures they detected, 1 was a D-6, 2 were D-4's (not the three D-6's that were expected), 3 were L-4's, and 4 were Birds of Prey. Quite the fleet to contend with and they were certainly aiming to take out the station, but they didn't expect any help to get there so fast.

We hit them right as we came out of warp, holding as much speed as the impulse engines could gather from the exit from Warp. Even Klingons can't contend with an attack run at 20% the speed of light. Passing in the middle of the formation, we loosed our first attack.

We took out the D-6 and two of the L-4's with a solid spread of torpedoes and phaser fire thanks to Cmdr. Darion Page, whom I am recommending for a promotion following this engagement. We caused such a shakeup that the station was able to take down a D-4 and two of the Birds of Prey when they all turned their attention to us.

Seems this pack of wolves fractures very quickly once the Alpha is taken down. The last L-4 made a run for it under cover from the last of the D-4's. We gave chase with a volley from our phasers but the Klingon party all entered warp shortly after with their tails between their legs.

Between the two of us we took down six of the ten Klingon ships. All in all, not a bad day's work. We'll put in here for some minor repairs then proceed on our original patrol. That should give us enough time to test out this new station's Officer's Club. Ballard did say he owed me a drink after all.
