Wird definitiv noch ein paar Monate dauern, jedoch bringt die Erfahrung aus der Entwicklung der Armada-3-Mod 'ne Menge Zeitersparnis!

Gut Ding will Weile haben ;)

You may have to start designing a story based campaign to go with the mod, LOL

I would love to be part of writing a story for a story-mode. Alas, it's something that Sins just isn't made for.

How about creating random events to happen at certain game times that feature some of these story events? Is it possible to key them to game times?

Description

The Coalition of Planets gathers its forces.

A sharp decline in Romulan attacks followed the liberation of Denobula. Days, then weeks passed without a single sighting of Romulan ships, and for a brief moment many people throughout the Coalition dared to believe that the conflict was over. Perhaps the Romulans had just given up?

Starfleet, however, knew that it wasn't over. The invading Romulan forces were exhausted, without doubt, but the Empire was far from defeated and had invested far too much into their war to have simply abandoned their plans and gone home. Trying to decide what to do next, some in Starfeet called for a full scale offensive against the Romulans. Fortunately, cooler heads prevailed - Starfleet did not even know the precise location of Romulus, let alone possess anything resembling hard data on the Star Empire's infrastructral layout, or the strength and deployment of the Imperial Navy.

Instead, emergency talks were held between representatives of the Coalition of Planets. After four years of war it was abundantly clear that the Romulans would not stop until the entire Coalition was theirs, and as long as that was the case, a diplomatic solution was impossible. Furthermore, the Romulans had captured one Coalition homeworld and laid siege to two others . They would soon be back in greater strength, having learned from their mistakes.

A new accord was struck. The articles of the Coalition were expanded to include a treaty of mutual defence - Romulan aggression would be met by the full military strength of the entire Coalition of Planets. The fleets of Earth, Vulcan, Andoria and Tellar would work together to defend their region from external threats.

In the meantime, the Vulcans had a particularly useful contribution to offer. Intercepting and analysing Romulan military signals throughout the war, Vulcan Intelligence had a lead on the location of the Romulans' primary regional base of operations - a distant, dead world.

Cheron.
