So I wish I was posting some awesome screenshots and a new trailer, but alas valve has finally decided I'm not good enough. Last night while trying to log into a counter-strike server I got the un-nerving error message "You have been banned by VAC." My jaw dropped and after some frantic searching on the internet it turns out all vac bans are perma for life. So that being said, progress will being going a little slower than anticipated due to my complete hatred of valve and it's policies. So now all I can do it stomp my feet, flail my arms, and pout because nothing can be changed. It just aggravates me because in no way had I used a cheat or hack in any valve game. You can choose to believe me or not, I don't really care at this point. I just don't understand why me a modder trying to make a really good game mod, would take a chance to get some extra kills in a game I barely play.
Let the flaming begin.

Nope no one else uses it, thats the thing, plus they won't disclose what hacks "if there where any at all" used, so I can't even see whats wrong with my comp. And it doesn't matter if I send an e-mail, they won't change it under any circumstances as said by valve.
It's instances like this that worry me about Valve's methods. Any one of us could be hit and when you're hit, you're hit for good.

I'm so sorry. Valve banned some 12,000 mistakenly because of Modern Warfare 2. Maybe they flopped again.
Valve accidentally VAC bans people all the time, they are completely dynamic and reversible. Just email Valve support.

Well yes but valve admited that due to a glitch in the MW2 cheat detector their systems banned *some comments above* ppl. And that they got later unbaned and that they got L4D2 for free.
Conclusion
A) Accounts CAN be ported to a second one by giving the second one games of the primary one and deleting the primary one for good.
B) VAC bans ARE REVERSEABLE , dont tell me that they aint.
C) Even thou this sounds nice im still in the dark side of the ring , cause of a fokin account hacker.
A few people have gotten unbanned after writing to support. Just tell them that you haven't ever cheated and tell them to look into your ban details. It won't guarantee you'll get unbanned, but it's worth a try. Some chance is better than no chance.
