Four Hundred replaces the original System Shock 2 terrain textures with higher resolution, true-color images. The mod doesn't change the model skins (the terrain textures are part of the level geometry --walls, ceiling, floor--, while the models are pretty much everything else rendered in 3D: props, interactive items, crates, monsters etc).
