Oh my god, do you really need to put it in a .rar file? All you have to do is put an .zip with the readme and the data.win file and it'll be fine for everyone.
Well maybe he believes that the .rar file is of a better compression ratio? I personally believe that.
How i install this?
You need to copy the music files, navigate to your Undertale folder, paste them and replace the other files
