The Collective are a big group of scientists from various races, with a set of compressed, powerful, and expensive ships, which can mount many advanced new systems. This mod requires the Tribe, Order, Swarm, Nomads, and Parasites DLC, and contains four fighters, four frigates, four cruisers, two stations, and a battleship, along with five scenarios and a bunch of new modules.
