Torp DD replacing Hig Adv DD

Description
Due to problems with the Adv DD i decided on replacing it with something that would fit Hig Destroyer style better, so here is a destroyer from complex that fires 6 torps and has 4 3X kinetic guns, the torps are fired in a volley of 2 at a time, meanwhile the 4 X 3 guns actually will only add an extra 4 bullets being fired.
