This is obviously the V-19 Torrent. Two versions will be available: the V-19 Torrent prototype and the standard V-19 Torrent. The V-19 Torrent prototype will be available at the first tech level, but will need to be researched. The standard V-19 will be available in the second tech level. However, the standard version of the V-19 must be researched before it replaces the prototype versions in your unit construction options.
Another thing is the prototype V-19 will have lighter armor and deal less damage than its successor version. All of this is based on information in the Legends timeline, specifically Republic Commando as the prototype V-19 is in the Battle of Geonosis...
