Is this from the galaxy of heroes game? The model is good by the way.
It first appeared in the 6th season of TCW but it did make another appearance in Galaxy of Heroes. This realistic design does have some artistic liberties taken by the_Farseer as both TCW version and the Galaxy of Heroes version have some cartoony qualities unique to each of their respected styles.
