He does not manage to repair the campaign itself, there are still the failures regarding the ia staying on the planets, and the dark eldar staying on kaurava IV and badly capturing the other doors.
But, it is an interesting face lift if you do not want to get too far away from vanilla, I recommend it if you want something better than the soulstorm vanilla campaign, which is very bad in itself.
