A modification for Mount and Blade: Warband, set in the universe of George R. R Martins "A Song of Ice and Fire". Also known as the popular HBO TV-series "Game of Thrones".
As I said earlier, not pleased because of my taste in the Unsullied...seems like the books said they wore bronze. And I imagined them being sorta Greco in style, but plain since well...they are slaves
But hey, this is wonderful looking work. Looks amazing :D
I don't think it's supposed to be particularly protective. I think it's for Persian style soldiers that value agility and the ability to not get hit over heavy armour.
Well the Unsullied lore-wise use pikes in probably an outdated phalanx formation. If you're stuck that close together with about 50 guys and an enemy swordsman gets past your pike, armor wont save you. You'll be dead with bronze, leather or chain. U guess plate would help but it's only a matter of time beofre your immobility gets you killed
unsullied carry shortswords with them in case of close combat. as you can see in the series Grey Worm for example does not get hit, he blocks and dodges and even manages to use his spear in close combat. Unsullied are so skilled they dont need plate armor :)
Yeah, what's he meant to do while in phalanx? Drop his spear and open up the flanks of his comrades? And I found it weird the way they portrayed the Unsullied in the show. They would normally be trained to fight in formation as they're pikemen/spear yet Grey Worm manages to pull out some moves on the level of Barristan and Jaime.
when i saw the update name "Unsullied Armor" i couldn't believe it
all praise to Docm30 the magnificent !!!
Now i can be happy with using unsullied:3
Looks top. Well done

Yey, they don't look ****** anymore.
Now that... that is a nice model.
Damn, looks really good
From a practical standpoint, doesn't look very protective. Leather with a few studs?
Good thing that protection in the game isn't based off of rl practicality :D nice armor.
