Nice addition, hope we get the Many-Faced God and the Old Gods also.
The problem with the Old Gods would be that(as far as I know, and without spoilers) they have no official clergy; simply followers in Westeros.
I suspect they have people who tend the Weirwood tree's? But I don't remember anything specific that we could compare to the Septons of the Seven or the Red Priests.

They have the green-men on the Isle of Faces.
What in game effects will these holy men have? Or will they simply be there for the sake of immersion and flavour?
