Probably because you need to hire some of the companions that are already there. The Tavern has a limit as to how many characters can be in there.

Dont change their ids, just hire some, so they make room for the others to "spawn" inside. Can always let the ones you hired first go. easy'er to give yourself some money if needed, the change the companion ids
tab out and then hit the visit tavern button to cycle through all the companions. Not all of them will fit at once

Wow ... today a new season of GoT begins ... ACOK 4.1 comes out . And its my birthday . And its 17.7.2017. ( lucky 7s ) ... I wonder whats next ? Will Half Life 3 be announced today ? STALKER 2 ?

That , absolutely ... and that is one of the most expected games in longer time . Can you imagine how new ACOK will look on Bannerlord , with all the new stuff like heavily improved sieges , economy , weapon customization , even some elements of story oriented RPGs ? It will be the same feeling of when I started to play Warband there in 2010. ... the same feeling I had when playing Morrowind , also . I have no doubt that Bannerlord will fulfill its expectations , maybe even surpass them .
Hoping bannerlord also has improved diplomacy and intrigue.

Is there a possibility to convert 4.0 savegames to 4.1?
I get CTD and this error message when loading an old one:
RGL ERROR
Load error: Number of simple triggers in file: 216, exceeds 206
It is a full version not a patch so it is probably not savegame compatible.
But you can export the character to the new version and therefore keep his/her stats, appearance and money.

99% sure you cannot :-(
BUT you can save your character progress by exporting it in the old version and importing it in the new one when you name him exactly the same.
It imports gold too so you can sell everything you own and then export so you come in with a bit of money to have a quicker start =)

what does this mod change from 4.0 and how do I install? Can I continue my game from the 4.0 version?
No you can't, if you had read the changelog you would've known that it's not savegame compatible.
How do you install ? The same as you did with 4.0 , just place the folder into your Modules folder from the main directory.
Thanks. I spent a while trying to find the changelog. where did you find it for future reference? there doesn't seem to be any links on this page or on the main clash of kings page and a google search offers no results. Please point me in the right direction
After the game loads at start up, and I click "Start a New Game"...
I get an error message, something like...
"Modules/ACOK4.1/troop_file won't load".
I looked in the folder and isn't even a troop file in there like most other Mods. All files stop after "tag_uses".
Is that supposed to be or did I my download cut out?
Do i have to download any earlier versions before getting this to work? Cant start the game. Get a few "Warning: hls_data_handles[9] ios not valid" etc.

I agree. I strangely enjoyed the iron arming swords and was disappointed when they weren't there.
With the 5 new quests does anyone one know where to find them I've been looking for ages and had no luck with locating them I only have been able to find "The Lights" one

Uhhhh,I've come accross quite the bug, I was within Rob's Starks army as a retinue and randomly when I used the 'talk to commander' option to be able to get some time off and go Town to sell some things I had collected, he instead of doing his usual script is saying 'my lord, we're only poor farmers from the village of Syrion.
We are taking out products to the market at Syrion'
Then it gives me the options 'we`ll see how poor you are after I take what you`re got!' or 'Carry on, then, Farewell.'
If you'd like I can also provide screenshots.

Can't get 75 renown to recruit men because I don't have men to fight battles and get renown to recruit men.
you can get renown in many ways..help villagers,join tournament,guild master quest..normally..i would do some trade first..cause i aint got enough denar to even recruit someone..after that..do some hunt on bandit..get their weapon and sell..the only minus in this game ( generally in this game..not ACOK..LOL ) is the shop owner aint got enough money to buy all our stuff..normally around 400..which is very frustated..

When i hit Start a new game the game crashes and an error pops up: Unable to open Modules/ACOK.4.1/troops.txt

do you copy all the files to module folder?it shouldn't be a problem at all..even if u copied it at main folder
I effed it up somehow and downloaded the game again, works fine now :)
Mine doesn't crash but instead doesn't allow me to get past the character creation page where you choose who your father was, and how your childhood went etc. It won't allow me to get past that page when I press the done button.
Try to redownload and reinstall too, it solved for me a very similar problem to you =)
Check that your version of MnB is 1.172 too, if it is not patch it !
