All major textures in the game were increased to 400%+ of their original pixels, sharpened, and had some detail added. Then new normal maps were generated to take advantage of the greater detail, which results in a significant improvement over the original graphics. This enjoys 0% compression files, which helps offset the fact that larger files requires more system resources.
Description
This is a 15 minute long HD trailer for my Fallout New Vegas Landscape ReTexture mod (ver. 3.0). The mod replaces all the landscape textures with all new one (diffuse and normal maps). This trailer starts with a comparison of the original vs. my mod and then showcases what your Nevada wasteland could look like. The music used was downgraded and encoded at a low quality. If you enjoy it then look for it at your favorite online store. Songs are all from the group 'The String Quartet' and are tributes for the following: "Wanted Dead Or Alive" (Bon Jovi), "Special" (Garbage), "Hersey" (Nine Inch Nails).
