Please note that this is a WIP, and rendered in vrayRT. HOWEVER, if at all possible, I will try to work with our team members to bring the ship shining with golden light into the game (please note that gold is a bit tricky). If that won't be possible, the ship will still look great. Textures nowhere near finished. :)

Most likely a normal battle barge.
I thought the emperors battle barge was portrayed as beeing larger than other battle barges in the HH series. Also isnt battle barge just a somewhat generic designation similiar to battleship? otherwise why would they constantly bother using words like "hes massive" battle barge, "titanic battle barge" etc.
It isn't a generic designation. Battle Barge is the type of ship it is and all in theory should be similar. It might get some modifications from the chapters themselves.
Not sure about it being bigger.
Well the Adeptus Mechanicus can't really build them exactly the same each time, which is why they want a STC so badly.
Modifying them during construction would be deemed heretical by mechanicum.

nope that is the color of the ship it was coated in pure gold on the emperor's orders
Maybe different gold textures on various parts then?
