There has been many problems with getting these files uploaded, i managed to finally find a solution after seeing a big problem with the FTP host. For some reason, it rejected .exe files, so i just renamed it to ".exef" and now you can download :)
1on1mod.site90.com
1on1mod.site90.com
To install, all you have to do is rename ".exef" to ".exe". Incase there are some who don't know how to do this, go to Windows Explorer and press (Vista) Tools>View Tab>Untick "Hide file-type extensions"
i get the nsis error when i try to install the maps
And how to do on windows XP?
because there's still an NSIS Error...
and on the regular setup
yea
:S Have you changed the file extensions, or is that the error with .exef? To show File Extensions in XP:
1. Open any folder
2. Open 'Tools' menu. (If you cannot find it, press 'ALT')
3. Hit the 'Folder Options' Button
4. Move to View Tab
5. Under 'Advanced Options' untick 'Hide extensions for known file types'
Hope this works, because I'm working on a tutorial from the 'net, not from an XP computer.
yes EXE is the installer, not exef. But if there are still error,s i guess .rar will work
yeah maybe you could upload a .rar ?
Ok, ill try that later...
thanks
still NSIS error.
NSIS error!
There is still an NSIS error.
Sorry man! We are trying to fix this :/
I'm currently uploading to my site. It will be about an hour (probably more) before it is available. I'll see if I can get it hosted on Fileplanet or something.
Going up on Filefront, just the base mod at the moment. I don't have the maps myself.
Gamefront.com
or 5amweb.com
Probably go Filefront, it'll be faster.
Download failed:"the source file could not be read"....(Filefront)
And the other one: "404 not found"
Okay, seems to work fine for me... Must be something wrong at your end?
And the alternate link (one letter was not capitalized :/) 5amweb.com
That's weird... again after i click the icon on the desktop there comes a black screen but then back to desktop :/
What OS are you running? It runs fine for me on Windows 7 64bit.
no I've got Windows Xp
Sorry man, I have no idea what to do for you. RHYS knows the technical stuff. Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Try making a new account on your computer.
