What would this regiment be? I did not find anything about it except a similar name referring to former Confederate prisoners who joined the Union in the American Civil War

is 104th Wellesley's Rifles that fight over Mesopotamian Campaign more specific Basra district (battle of shaiba)
and more important the regiment i wrate badly is "The 2nd Battalion the [Norfolk Regiment]"
