Delenda Est works to bring authenticity to the in-development indie title 0 A.D. Empires Ascendant. Delenda Est molds the game into a coherent focused design, adds features, new art, and new civilizations, and serves as a testbed for new ideas that could potentially make their way into the core game.
Delenda Est is now available to try for 0 A.D. Empires Ascendant Alpha 21.
Finally, I'm downloading :D
Great, did it install correctly?
I have this problem: "dependency not met: 0 ad=0.0.21"
This is the Alpha 21 version. Not compatible with Alpha 20 or older. Not compatible with the SVN development version.
hi i was wondering if is necesary have all the files to get full content or just the last alpha
This is compatible with the official Alpha 21 release.
wowo
how do install ?
To install: Unzip the file to the mods folder in the 0 A.D. directory on your computer. For Windows, you can find this folder in Documents (or My Documents)/My Games/0ad/mods. For example, here is the address on my computer:
C:\Users\Justus\Documents\My Games\0ad\mods
To enable in the game, go to the main menu, tools & options, mod selection. Select the mod from the list then choose enable. Click save configuration, then start mods button. Voila! BTW, this procedure is used for every mod.
I didn't have time to include the "Isometric View" config file, guys. But I will upload that as a separate file and it can have its own discussion.
Are there any other questions about installation? I added the installation procedure to the file Description. It's pretty easy.
how can install in Ubuntu 16.04?
Hi, maybe this will help you: Trac.wildfiregames.com
Thanks... but doesn work
- Linux : ~/.local/share/0ad/mods
Thank you for this mod!
You are welcome. Any ideas for rational improvements? lol
Do you have a favorite new change or feature?
I've played 2-3 other mods before. This is the first time I've played Delenda Est.
Finishing first game, it's very nice. At one point had 3-4 lines of error text, somethinfg with interface alarm sound. Except that runs smooth.
Gameplay wise it's to early to say. For sure I prefere situation where I'm able to buy all upgrades and not be forced to choose one or the other.
But that is just preference, I know changing that would require a lot of balance work. Not a major issue, just personal preference.
ed: also- that AoE1 grannary tech icon is awesome :>
Which civilizations did you test?
Also, keep in mind that the tech pairs allow me to include 2x the number of techs I would normally not want to include. Just think of it like you get the option of more than 1 tech per slot. Know what I mean? Otherwise I wouldn't have included so many techs to begin with.
hey i dowload and extrac the ffolder it doestn work
What operating system do you run?

Hi! Does this mod have the 300 Spartans? And will this mod be still in development for the future updates of 0 A.D?
The mod does include the 300 spartans dudes, and next alpha will be even better in this regard. They're only usable in Atlas scenario editor though. Maybe I'll make an add-on mod that makes a playable "300" Spartans faction, who knows.
And yeah, I am developing further for the next alpha and all upcoming releases. I'm also collaborating with modders on the official forums on creating a Kushites civ. :)
Alright lad! Thanks for replyin' :D
I'm having trouble installing mods on Ubuntu. I can't seem to find any more information online dummed down enough for me.
I have found my usr/share/0AD/mod file, where I've been leaving the mod packages.
The closest I've gotten is to see a mod appear on the in game mod selection but I get a dependantecies not met message..??
It installed version 22 if that's my problem do I need to run a previous version?
Thanks very much!

Bump
Go to the root folder of the mod and find the file mod.json. Open it in any text editor, I use Notepad++, and on line 7 where it says "dependencies", change it to be:
"dependencies": ["0ad=0.0.21"],
Save the file, then retry to load the mod in the game. I forgot to add the dependency to the mod.json file and that may be screwing some people up. A22's release won't have this problem.
