After update, game shutdown in main menu after 2 or 3 seconds. What I have to do to fix it?

Natives will be recruitable on their homlands?

Would there be more elements on maps like rocks, trees, buildings (maybe some ancient ruins) becouse i think stock maps look so empty and sometimes you could feel like in the centre of field. :)
