Just something that I've been tinkering for a bit, no idea if it's actually finishable.
Wait is this Half-Payne made for the Black Ops Mod?
I like where this is going.
I'm also utilizing the _hd folder for this one.
Which means the BO addon wouldn't need to be merged with vanilla HP to work.
No need for complex installations.
